Plant Operations Manager Job Description Our company is seeking a Plant Operations Manager to own the financial and operational aspects of our northeastern GTA facility. This position will manage all operations across the production floor and work closely with executive leadership to drive profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills, data analysis abilities, and expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean/Six Sigma. The ideal candidate has experience in industrial manufacturing, specialty automotive manufacturing, precision consumer durables, or other industries that adhere to stringent regulatory requirements. The successful Plant Operations Manager must be able to multi-task, make critical decisions, and drive performance improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment. They must also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
