Job Title: Payroll & Benefits Administrator About the Opportunity We are seeking a skilled Payroll & Benefits Administrator to manage the end-to-end payroll process, including data entry, payroll calculations, deductions, and reconciliations. This is a full-time position that requires 5+ years of experience in payroll administration. Key Responsibilities Manage the payroll process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payroll disbursements Review timesheets, attendance records, and other relevant data to verify hours worked, overtime, and leave balances Process payroll adjustments and other compensation changes accurately and in accordance with payroll deadlines Calculate wages, overtime, shift differentials, and any applicable bonuses or incentives for employees Maintain accurate payroll records, including employee information, time and attendance data, benefit deductions, and tax withholdings Coordinate with department managers and supervisors to verify and approve timesheets, address discrepancies or issues related to employee hours worked, leave balances, and other payroll matters, and promptly resolve employee inquiries regarding pay discrepancies, tax withholdings, or other payroll-related concerns Benefits Competitive salary range: $33 - $39 per hour Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other voluntary benefits Opportunities for professional growth and development Requirements 5+ years of full-cycle payroll and benefits experience Experience with Ceridian Dayforce Intermediate Excel skills required Unionized payroll experience required Must currently reside within the Greater Toronto Area and be permitted to work in Canada
