Land Manager – ExplorationVancouverOur client, a globally recognized mining group, is seeking a highly skilled Land Manager to support their Canadian Exploration team. This position plays a key role in securing, managing, and maintaining mineral and land rights, ensuring strict compliance with legal and regulatory obligations across federal, provincial, and local jurisdictions.This is a dynamic opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with a deep understanding of tenure systems, land negotiations, and spatial data to contribute to strategic exploration initiatives across Canada.Perks & BenefitsCompetitive compensationWeekly payWork with one of the world’s top-tier mining organizationsSupport cutting-edge exploration projects in CanadaCollaborate across multidisciplinary technical, legal, and commercial teamsWhat You Will Be DoingNegotiate, draft, and manage agreements for the acquisition, maintenance, and divestiture of land and mineral rights in compliance with federal, provincial, and local regulations.Maintain and update internal systems for tenure, contract, and spatial data management, ensuring accurate tracking of claims, permits, bonds, and confidentiality agreements.Generate and manage geospatial data and maps to support tenure decisions, stakeholder engagement, due diligence, and permitting activities.Advise internal stakeholders—including Exploration, Legal, Commercial, and CSP teams—on land access, permitting strategy, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance.Coordinate annual and semi-annual submissions for Mineral Exploration Surveys and other statutory reporting requirements.Lead or collaborate with third-party consultants to research tenure data and legislative changes, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.Continuously identify and implement improvements to tenure management processes, systems, and documentation standards.What You Bring to the TableExtensive knowledge of Canadian mineral tenure and land access frameworksProven experience with tenure and contract negotiation in mining or natural resourcesFamiliarity with Landfolio is a plusDemonstrated success working with federal/provincial permitting systems and tenure registriesExceptional organizational skills and an eye for legal, regulatory, and operational detailExperience working in multi-stakeholder, cross-functional environmentsAbility to analyze and distill complex tenure data into actionable insightsA commitment to compliance, transparency, and responsible land useAbout Us:TPD is a leading workforce solutions provider.
