Job Title: Technical Business Solutions Analyst Location: Hybrid / Vaughan, ON Type: 12-Month ContractOur client, a national multi-location brand, is looking for a Technical Business Solutions Analyst to join their Digital and Technology teams to support high-impact digital initiatives. You’ll help bring clarity, structure, and momentum to projects that evolve quickly and require both technical understanding and business insight.This role bridges Technology and Marketing, supporting project planning, process development, and implementation in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead business requirements gathering and translate into actionable technical specsCreate and manage documentation: user stories, workflows, data flow diagrams, etc.Support project planning and light project management (Asana experience a plus)Liaise between internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth deliveryEvaluate technical solutions (cloud, APIs, payment systems) for business fitHelp standardize frameworks and support change management during rolloutsWhat You Bring4+ years as a Business Analyst or hybrid BA/PM in a tech-forward environmentStrong communicator and collaborator across both technical and non-technical teamsExperience with cloud platforms, APIs, or payment systems Proactive mindset, structured approach, and strong documentation skillsExperience with multi-location retail or restaurant environments is an assetWhy This Role?Work on visible, fast-moving digital initiatives with real business impactJoin a collaborative team with strong cross-functional supportEnjoy half-day Fridays, hybrid flexibility, and a culture that values smart execution
