Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator will provide critical support to the Commercial Marketing Director in executing strategic marketing plans and day-to-day initiatives. This role will assist in campaign development, event coordination, digital content creation, and sales enablement activities to help drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and commercial growth across Canada and the U.S.Key Responsibilities:Marketing Execution & Support - Assist in coordinating and executing product campaigns and marketing programs. - Support the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, sell sheets, and email campaigns. - Collaborate with local Key Opinion Leaders, Corporate Marketing, and Category Management to develop potential webinars that support the product categories. - Liaise with external agencies and internal teams (Global Marketing, Sales) to ensure the timely delivery of projects. - Support our field sales teams and distributor partners with the preparation of specific sales presentations as required - Maintain and update marketing materials and content libraries (e.g., shared drives, digital platforms). - Assist in identifying market opportunities in key market segments by regionEvent & Campaign Coordination - Support planning and logistics for trade shows, conferences, and sales meetings. - Coordinate marketing and promotional materials for events and exhibitions. - Assist in tracking event-related metrics and preparing post-event reports.Digital & Content Marketing - Assist in managing social media and digital content calendars. - Help create and edit digital content (posts, videos, training tools). - Work with internal teams and agencies to update the website and digital assets.Data & Reporting - Track and report on key marketing metrics and campaign performance. - Assist in gathering market insights and competitive intelligence.Administrative & General Support - Assist in managing the marketing budget and vendor invoices. - Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth execution of all marketing activities.Qualifications & Experience: - 1–3 years of experience in a marketing support or coordination role (healthcare experience an asset). - Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. - Profiicient in Microsoft Offiice, Adobe Creative Suite, email platforms (ie Hubspot) is a plus. - French fluency is not required but considered an asset.Personal Atributes: - Creative and curious with a desire to learn. - Team player with strong interpersonal skills. - Motivated, results-driven and proactive. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
