Position Name – Methods Agent Type of hiring – Fulltime/ContractPosition Summary:Looking for a professional with 4–6 years of experience in the Aerospace domain, specifically in manufacturing and design. Must have at least 3 years of hands-on shop floor and methods engineering experience.Key Responsibilities: 1 Create and update process sheets and assembly instructions for aircraft parts (sheet metal, machined components).2 Interpret and validate engineering drawings and technical documents.3 Develop effective manufacturing and assembly strategies.4 Collaborate with teams like Engineering, Production, Logistics, and Quality to implement design or process changes.5 Understand and work with aircraft materials, special processes, and machining techniques.6 Prepare Condition of Supply documentation using CATIA V5.7 Manage projects and client communication, and coordinate with internal departments (e.g., NC Programming, Purchase, Quality). Requirements: Experience with aircraft structures and systems (primary/secondary, metallic & composite).Good knowledge of manufacturing processes, heat treatment, and special processes.Proficiency in MS Office and basic tools.Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Participate in internal/external project reviews.
