This is a full-time salary position based out our main headquarters in Fort St. John or be willing to relocate to FSJ if not already a resident. Monitor performance and implement improvements. Ensure quality of services. Manage quality and quantity of employee productivity. Oversee managing maintenance of equipment and tools. Manage, monitor and improve the efficiency of support services including HR, Finance, Maintenance and HSE. Implement and manage operational plans.
