Proactively source and recruit for core IT jobs, including but not limited to Software Developers, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Helpdesk Support, Consultants Work with key Hays clients on an exclusive basis to fill IT needs across their business A base understanding of, or a genuine interest in learning about the IT sector and the role it plays with various Hays clients Previous recruitment experience is a nice to have. You are goal-oriented, purposeful in building new and existing relationships, competitive but thrive in a team environment with the self-motivation to make things happen.
