In this pivotal role, youll drive strategy, revenue and customer success while representing EPs global mission locally. Youll provide strong leadership across all areas of the Canadian business, align local needs with global goals and help shape the future of education in Canada. This is a unique opportunity to combine strategic direction, operational execution, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.What you will doStrategic Market LeadershipDefine and lead EPs go-to-market strategy for Canada, aligning with global prioritiesDevelop a Canadian market calendar to sync product and content delivery with key education cyclesNavigate provincial differences in education priorities, funding and bilingual requirementsIdentify and capitalise on strategic opportunities across the Canadian education ecosystemRevenue Growth & Market ExecutionOwn and exceed Canadian revenue targets through new business, upsells and partnershipsBuild a strong, predictable sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and effective executionChampion EPs solutions to address key education challenges like teacher workload and digital adoptionStakeholder Engagement & PartnershipsBuild trusted relationships with superintendents, ministries and key education leadersRepresent EP as a strategic partner in-market, aligning internal teams with Canadian needsWork closely with educators to ensure EPs lasting impact on teaching and learningTeam Leadership & Culture BuildingLead, hire and mentor a high-performing cross-functional team across CanadaPromote consistent sales methodologies and foster a culture of accountability and resultsOversee sales, success and marketing teams while influencing broader team performance and developmentCustomer Success & Product InfluencePartner with Customer Success and Marketing to ensure long-term customer growth and satisfactionDrive high adoption and customer advocacy through impactful engagementProvide Canadian market feedback to global Product teams to shape product evolutionGlobal Alignment & CollaborationAct as EPs senior leader in Canada, bridging global and local prioritiesCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure Canadian strategies are embedded in global planningRepresent Canadas voice in product roadmap planning and drive alignment on market-critical deliverablesAbout youProven leadership experience in a senior management or executive role, ideally within the education sector or a related industryStrong understanding of the Canadian education system, including provincial and federal education policies, bilingual requirements and regional prioritiesExceptional ability to build and nurture strategic relationships with senior decision-makers, educational leaders and cross-functional global teamsDemonstrated success in driving revenue growth, managing large sales cycles and delivering business results in a complex, competitive environmentExperience in mentoring and developing high-performing teams, with a passion for fostering a collaborative and results-oriented cultureStrong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges and drive organisational change.A global mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively within a matrixed structure while understanding local market needsEquitable opportunities, growth, and development lie at the heart of how we work at EP.
