Job Title: Site Supervisor Teacher The role of the Site Supervisor Teacher is a vital part of our team. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of one of our designated academies, ensuring smooth functioning with students, parents, and staff. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the designated academy to ensure smooth functioning with students, parents, and staff. Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations including the Child Care and Early Years Act, ELECT, How Does Learning Happen?, and health/safety protocols. In conjunction with the Director, develop and enhance the program with an entrepreneurial focus, seeking innovative ways to enrich children''s experiences and foster growth. Support Lead Teachers to design and execute a learning program tailored to the developmental needs of the children in each classroom. Qualifications: Early Childhood Education Diploma or provincially recognized equivalency required. Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in early childhood education or related field and a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role considered an asset. Registration in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators required and Ontario College of Teachers is considered an asset. Demonstrated experience in overseeing the operations of an educational institution, preferably in a childcare or daycare setting. Why Work With Us?
