Were Hiring: Business Development Representative Location : Trenton, Ontario Department : Sales Reports to : VP, Sales Operations & Vendor Management Are you a natural connector with a hunter mindset who thrives on building relationships and turning prospects into customers? Were looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us uncover new opportunities and drive growth through outbound prospecting and meaningful client engagement. What Youll Do: Prospect and generate qualified B2B leads via cold calls, emails, and social outreach Research and identify key decision-makers at target accounts Book meetings for our Business Development Managers to move deals forward Build and manage a pipeline of leads in our CRM Follow up and nurture relationships to advance the sales cycle Support with reports and light admin as part of the sales team What You Bring: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience 2+ years in B2B lead generation, inside sales, or business development (preferably in tech or communications) Proven outbound prospecting skills and comfort with cold outreach Strong written and verbal communication skills Organized, resilient, and results-driven Coachable with strong time management skills Proficient with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Fluency in French is an asset Experience in distribution or channel sales is a plus Why Work With Us?
