Gender Equality Specialist This role is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the advancement of gender equality in Honduras. As a Gender Equality Specialist, you will work with our partner organization to create community and institutional gender policies. Analyze and review Draft Institutional Diagnosis documents Review and revise Draft Institutional Policy of Gender and Institutional Strategic Plan to ensure alignment of normative instruments Develop Training Plans for communities and staff This placement offers a unique chance to gain experience in policy development and implementation, as well as community engagement and empowerment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social sciences, economics, or international development, with a focus on gender equality. They will also possess excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment. The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training and support, including pre-departure training, in-country orientation, and ongoing coaching throughout their placement.
