Manufacturing Operations Leadership Opportunity Seeking a seasoned manufacturing operations leader to drive excellence and growth in a dynamic consumer goods environment. This pivotal role involves providing strategic guidance, coaching and mentorship to the production team, ensuring seamless operations and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments of plant operations, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing targeted improvements. Develop and execute coaching and mentorship programs to foster a culture of efficiency and innovation among the manufacturing team. Lead and manage production floor activities, ensuring high-quality output, accuracy and efficient production processes. Oversee inventory management, striving for optimal service levels while controlling costs and delivery performance. Design and implement innovative systems and processes that promote growth and efficiency. Coordinate daily production schedules and monitor compliance with health and safety regulations. Requirements: Minimum 5 years'' experience managing entire manufacturing plants within the consumer goods sector or related industries. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence others. Advanced project management, analytical and organizational skills. General knowledge of environmental health and safety regulations. Diploma or degree in Engineering preferred.
