Focus on high retention by developing leaders and empowering employees. Experience in merchandising and marketing program implementation. Ability to use P&L and store reports to influence change. Experience managing cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting the 7Rewards loyalty program. Knowledge of maintaining a clean and safe environment in compliance with food safety laws. Ability to keep the store presentable and stocked. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer applications, preferably Microsoft Word and Excel. A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required if you have at least one year of retail management experience. A valid drivers license from your province and ongoing automobile liability insurance.
