Join our growing family of brands! As a Store Manager, youll contribute to 7-Elevens success by leading a team to create and maintain an exceptional store experience for our guests. You will be running a small business with the support of a solid, international company and brand. Your main responsibilities include coaching and supervising the team, making operational and staffing decisions, and ensuring excellent guest service. You will work to maximize sales and profits by implementing sound business practices aligned with the 7-Eleven strategy, and setting a standard for guest satisfaction based on our company''s Five Fundamentals: Quality, Assortment, Service, Value, and Cleanliness. What 7-Eleven Offers: A focus on your success with proper training to ensure excellent customer service A strong promote-from-within philosophy offering advancement opportunities Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily store operations, supervise staff, and manage inventory Ensure adequate staffing to meet guest needs Develop sales strategies to increase profitability Recruit, train, motivate, and develop employees Lead by example, fostering a teamwork-oriented environment and high standards of guest service Implement new product lines and promote them to guests Promote 7-Eleven within the community Maintain proper product mix and inventory levels to boost sales and control stock Ensure store safety and security, documenting incidents appropriately Comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including food safety and alcohol handling if applicable Manage inventory of regulated products like alcohol, cigarettes, and meat Handle cash, fuel transactions, and promote the 7Rewards loyalty program Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to all legal requirements Qualifications: High School diploma/GED with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or equivalent military or college experience Experience in food service, retail, or grocery management is preferred Strong training, coaching, and conflict resolution skills Motivated and results-oriented team player/manager Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays Excellent communication and guest service skills Legal right to work and necessary permits for alcohol service Physical Requirements: Constant standing, bending, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
