Responsibilities: Reporting to the Manager of AQP Training Design, the Training Design Manager collaborates with pilots and SMEs to design and deliver performance-driven, engaging, and innovative training solutions. This role utilizes instructional systems design (ISD) methodology in line with the Advanced Qualifications Program (AQP) standards to meet training requirements. Qualifications: Expertise in adult education or workplace, preferably in a technical field; University degree or college certificate in Adult Learning or similar is required. Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar position. Experience with eLearning authoring tools (preferably Articulate Storyline 360), Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, InDesign), or similar tools. Strong skills in MS Office, especially PowerPoint. Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable training content. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and task prioritization. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with SMEs and various stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Innovative, enthusiastic, and willing to take on challenges.
