If so, we're offering a real partnership opportunity for the right person.The opportunity:Competitive Compensation and Benefits: This role comes with a $100,000 base salary with an opportunity for a significant performance bonus or a competitive fee split .Other Compensation: We're also offering a $2,000 signing bonus, health benefits, and vacation pay , as well as an annual $1,000 education allowance for employees .Caseload Building Support: Since we're a new clinic, we will have to ramp things up, and we're confident we'll be able to do that quickly with the right physiotherapist, as we have significant experience in business and marketing, and we'll be fully supporting you to get new patients in the door . This is our primary objective when you start with us, and we guarantee 5 new patients per week .Additionally, we will of course cover all admin work, including reception, invoicing, and billing, so you can focus on delivering excellent patient care.Key Responsibilities:Patient-Centred Care: Provide high-quality physiotherapy services focusing on patient-centred care. Utilize evidence-based practice to assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans.Private Practice Expertise: Bring your expertise in private practice to lead our team. Experience in managing a diverse caseload, including musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, and neurological conditions, is highly valued.Collaborative Team Player: Lead and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Communicate effectively with colleagues, referring physicians, and other healthcare providers.Continuing Education: Stay updated on the latest advancements in physiotherapy through ongoing professional development. Contribute to a culture of learning and growth within the clinic.Community Engagement: Actively participate in community outreach programs and events to promote the clinic's services and contribute to the overall health and well-being of the community.Qualifications:Registered and in good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC, or eligibility for registration.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to make patients feel welcome and supported.Commitment to providing excellent patient care through effective treatment plans.Certification in a specialized area of Physiotherapy, such as sports or neurological physiotherapy, is an asset.Experienced practitioners are preferred but new grads are welcome to apply.If you are a motivated and skilled physiotherapist looking for a unique opportunity to lead and grow in a highly rewarding environment with significant upside potential, we would love to hear from you!
