While working closely with Yukon First Nations we aim to make a difference through the delivery of Yukon-wide services and programs that support positive and healthy outcomes for children, youth and their families.Your roleThe Family Resource Worker is responsible for providing and maintaining culturally appropriate, home based support services and groups for caregivers with children aged 0-19 within Yukon. The position works to strengthen the caregiver-child relationship by enhancing parenting skills, reducing caregiver stress, and addressing the needs of caregivers to promote a safe and healthy environment for children and their caregivers.
