This is a fully remote position, but you must reside in Ontario and be licensed to practice under the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).In this role, youll begin by building a caseload with light clinical admin responsibilities and transition into a client-focused workload as your practice grows. Youll conduct virtual sessions, maintain accurate and timely documentation, and ensure compliance with CRPO guidelines.We offer strong administrative support, a secure tech platform and hardware setup, and a tiered salary model to ensure your compensation grows with your caseload.CompensationWe provide a tiered salary structure based on your active client caseload.Tier 1: Up to 10 clients $45,000/yearTier 2: 1115 clients $65,000/yearTier 3: 1620 clients $95,000/year*Pay rates are reviewed annuallyOptional Overload: Up to 25 clients permitted.
