Quality Assurance Specialist The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and processes. This includes performing analytical and microbiological testing, monitoring production environment quality, and verifying HACCP and PQMS program compliance. Key Responsibilities: Perform analytical and microbiological testing on in-process and finished product samples according to approved standard operating procedures. Conduct root cause analysis and determine necessary corrective action. Monitor production environment quality and ensure compliance with food and quality specifications. Verify HACCP and PQMS program compliance through regular audits and documentation management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency. Requirements: College diploma or university degree in Food Science or related field. Two to three years'' experience in a dairy food lab or similar environment. Knowledge of analytical and microbiological testing methods and equipment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
