Lead Pharmacist - Downtown Toronto This is a leadership opportunity in a collaborative and patient-focused environment. Leadership & Team Management Oversee pharmacists and pharmacy assistants, providing coaching, training, and support. Dispensary Operations Ensure accurate and efficient prescription fulfillment while maintaining compliance with OCP, NAPRA, and other regulations. Collaboration Work closely with physicians and healthcare professionals to enhance patient care, including medication therapy management and immunizations. Business Development Identify opportunities to grow the pharmacy''s services and revenue while managing operational expenses. Regulatory Compliance Implement and uphold standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain the highest safety and quality standards. About the Role Active Part A pharmacy license in Ontario (unencumbered) 3+ years of experience in a retail or community pharmacy setting Proven leadership experience managing pharmacy operations and teams Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations and best practices Experience in specialty pharmacy or knowledge of HIV and Hepatitis care is an asset
