This is a role for an expert who can lead training methodology design and advise organizational leadership. The volunteer will work in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, with the possibility of extension. The placement aims to improve the management capacities of protected areas in Honduras. As a volunteer, you will be responsible for updating organizations on socio-environmental management instruments and trends. You will also contribute to increasing their management capacities in order to reach sustainability in the long term. Requirements include a university degree in Education, Natural Resources, Environmental studies, knowledge/experience in education and training, planning, administration processes, strategy design, research teaching, training and/or facilitation processes, participatory approaches and tools, and experience working in multicultural and multidisciplinary teams.
