The independent optometric clinic is looking for an optometrist to provide teleoptometry services to help communities in Vancouver access timely, quality eyecare. What youll do Use provided advanced diagnostic equipment like NIDEK Tonoref 3, NIDEK automated lensometer, Topcon Maestro2, NIDEK RT-6100, and Zeiss HFA3 visual fields device to provide remote care. Access patient records securely to deliver comprehensive care in real-time. Enjoy a hybrid work schedule with both remote and in-person care options. Receive full training, onboarding, and ongoing support from trained Clinical Technicians. Contribute to the evolution of teleoptometry practices and improve community eye health outcomes. Potential earnings of up to $900 per day, based on billing and work setting. Qualifications You must be a registered optometrist in Canada, licensed in British Columbia, with a passion for advancing optometry and providing excellent virtual patient care. Ability to connect with patients, work with support teams, and adapt to new technologies is essential. Willingness to travel once a month to Vancouver Island or the Okanagan, BC, is required.
