**Join Our Team Landscape Construction Foreperson** Do you want to be part of a team that builds award-winning landscapes and outdoor living spaces? As a **Foreperson** on our Landscape Construction team, you''ll play a key role in completing residential and commercial landscape construction and renovation projects. Youll support your Project Manager in leading a crew, help coordinate resources, ensure work is completed safely and efficiently, and help mentor and develop your team all while building a rewarding career in landscape construction. **What Youll Do:** * Help oversee daily site operations, safety, quality, and productivity * Work on landscape construction and renovation projects: hardscape, softscape, turf, lighting, irrigation, carpentry, concrete, snow & ice management * Operate a variety of tools and equipment (e.g., skid steers, tampers, power saws) * Train and support apprentices and team members * Coordinate with subcontractors and support scheduling * Maintain clean and safe work environments * Recommend improvements and solve job-site challenges **Qualifications:** * 35 years of landscape construction experience * Red Seal or relevant trade certification preferred * Skilled with tools, materials, and equipment used in landscape construction * Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills * Physically fit and able to work outdoors year-round * Valid drivers license required; Fall Arrest and First Aid are assets **Wage:** $35$43/hour (based on experience) **Why Work With Us:** * Career development and paid education support * Apprenticeship opportunities * Competitive wages and benefits * Ongoing training and team events **About The Great Canadian Landscaping Company:** We specialize in landscape construction, landscape maintenance, and snow & ice management across the North Shore, Vancouver, and Sea to Sky Corridor.
