Position: Manager, Continuous Improvement AI & AutomationCompany: CST Savings Inc.Industry: Financial ServicesReports to: Director, Operations ControlLocation: Flexible Work Arrangements AvailableApplication Deadline: June 25, 2025Role Summary:We are seeking a forward-thinking Manager, Continuous Improvement AI & Automation to lead the identification, development, and implementation of intelligent automation and process optimization initiatives across the Customer Experience and Finance departments. This role is critical in driving efficiency, scalability, and innovation by leveraging technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), AI and low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform).The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist and hands-on implementer passionate about transforming business processes, enabling teams, and cultivating a culture of continuous improvement and digital adoption.What you will be doing:Lead the end-to-end delivery of automation and AI initiatives from opportunity assessment through to implementation and benefits realizationPartner with business units to identify inefficiencies and prioritize high-value automation and AI use casesBuild and manage a pipeline and roadmap of automation opportunities aligned with strategic prioritiesMonitor and continuously improve existing automation flows and AI solutions to ensure reliability, scalability, and maximum business valueServe as a subject matter expert (SME) in intelligent automation, AI integration, and process optimizationCollaborate with IT, Compliance, and Data teams to ensure solutions meet technical, legal, and ethical standardsTrack KPIs and provide insights into the performance and impact of automation and AI initiativesDevelop and maintain governance frameworks, standards, and best practices for low-code/no-code implementationsPerform additional duties as required or directed by the Director of Operations ControlWhat you bring:Bachelors degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field5+ years of experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, or business transformation2+ years of experience leading automation, RPA, or AI initiatives using tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, UiPath, or Automation Anywhere3+ years of experience working with and integrating database technologiesFamiliarity with AI/ML concepts and cognitive services (e.g., document understanding and natural language processing)Personal Attributes:Strong experience with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Power Apps, Power BI, AI Builder) and workflow automation tools (e.g., Power Automate Cloud, Power Automate Desktop)Proficient in database technologies, including SQL, stored procedures, and data modelingHands-on experience with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server environments is strongly preferredKnowledge of system integration, including working with REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON/XML dataUnderstanding of AI technologies and their application to business process enhancementStrategic thinker with strong analytical, facilitation, and project management skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilitiesProven ability to drive change and foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learningComfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment focused on iteration and rapid improvementWhats In It for You:Competitive base salary with performance bonuses.Join a growing, innovative company recognized as an industry leader.Comprehensive training and ongoing coaching.Leadership committed to a diverse and inclusive culture.Flexible work arrangements.Company-paid benefits starting on your first day.Group pension plan with company matching contributions.Generous vacation package plus additional paid days off.Education reimbursement for continuous learning.Team celebration events and wellness programs.Employee and Family Assistance Program, recognition programs, and more!About CST:Were the creators of Education Savings Plans in Canada.
