The ideal candidate will have experience in assurance and standards development, as well as strong leadership skills. About the Opportunity Conducting research on emerging issues and trends in accounting and assurance. Developing and revising guidance materials and best practice documents. Engaging with regulatory bodies and representing the firm in various forums. Key Responsibilities: Leading comprehensive research initiatives. Developing clear interpretations of accounting and assurance standards. Collaborating with stakeholders to inform policy development. Mentoring team members to foster collaboration and drive excellence. Requirements: University degree and CPA designation. A minimum of 8-10 years'' experience in assurance at a senior manager level or standard-setting body. Experience developing guidance materials and conducting training sessions.
