Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing leadership in financial planning, analysis, accounting, internal controls, and audit. You will oversee all planning, forecasting, accounting, and reporting activities related to capital expenditures, manage the organization''s capital budget, and oversee treasury activities. This is a critical role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and leadership abilities. Required Skills and Qualifications: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation University degree in Business or Commerce Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in financial accounting and reporting in a large complex organization 2 years of finance leadership function, preferably in a healthcare setting Demonstrated knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) as applicable to hospitals Experience with continuous quality improvement techniques Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $125,000 per year, as well as full comprehensive health and dental benefits, defined benefit pension, and professional development support.
