Civil Infrastructure Project Lead We are seeking an experienced Civil Superintendent to lead our highway infrastructure projects across the Fraser Valley. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing on-site construction activities, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently. Your primary objective will be to supervise construction crews and subcontractors, coordinating with project teams and clients to meet performance and quality standards. You will also be responsible for preparing work plans, determining manpower and equipment needs, and managing materials. Additionally, you will execute construction plans and schedules, driving site meetings and fostering communication across all levels of the project. To be successful in this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience as a Civil Superintendent overseeing earthworks and underground utility projects. You should also have strong knowledge of construction methods, cost control, scheduling, and contract language. Proven leadership and team-building abilities are essential, as well as understanding of health, safety, and environmental legislation. Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling/project management software is required. Furthermore, you must be willing to work flexible hours, including occasional night shifts, and be legally entitled to work in Canada.
