Salary: $24 CAD/hr + commission. Certification in digital advertising is paid for by the employer. Job Description: You will be focused on acquiring new advertisers and educating them on the benefits of digital advertising through consultative selling. This involves identifying business needs and pitching the value of advertising to drive awareness, engagement, and growth. Key Responsibilities: Proactively prospect and pitch new SMB advertisers. Educate businesses on how to use digital advertising to achieve their goals. Requirements and Qualifications: At least 2 years of validatable sales experience. No active contracts with other gig work while working on this role. Willingness to undergo a comprehensive background check. Ability to do consultative selling to existing leads and sourcing new leads. Benefits: Earn base pay + commission. Certification in digital advertising is paid for by the employer. The opportunity to work from home. A minimum of 32 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm EST. Performance Metrics: Activate a minimum of 20 new business advertisers per month.
