Grow Your Career in Digital Advertising We are seeking a motivated and energetic Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be focused on net-new advertiser acquisitionreaching out to business owners, educating them on digital advertising, pitching the value of advertising, and helping them launch their first campaigns. Your Key Responsibilities: Proactively prospect, pitch, and activate new SMB advertisers Use consultative selling to educate businesses on how we can drive awareness, engagement, and growth through digital advertising Familiarity with digital advertising, paid social, or media sales is a plus; strong prospecting skills and comfort with high-volume outreach are required What You Get: Earn base pay ($24 CAD/hr) + commission Certification and training provided by our partner platform This is a remote opportunity worked from the comfort of your own home A minimum of 32 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm EST; flexibility to work more hours if desired An opportunity to work with a leading Social Media Platform Performance Metrics: Activate a minimum of 20 new business advertisers per month Drive an average of $1,000+ in spend per activated advertiser Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and CRM hygiene Contribute to team revenue goals and advertiser graduation readiness Mandatory Requirements: This opportunity is open to applicants with at least 2 years of validatable sales experience No active contract with a different gig while working for us Applicants must be willing to undergo a comprehensive background check (Criminal, Credit, and Employment Check) This is an outbound sales role requiring consultative selling to existing leads and sourcing new leads
