As a gender advisor, you will work with CEM to help create both community and institutional gender policies. You will be responsible for analyzing and reviewing the Draft Institutional Diagnosis, as well as preparing a Training Plan aimed at the communities and staff of the organization. Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need: A university degree in social sciences, economics, international development or equivalent experience in a related field. Knowledge/experience on gender equality. Knowledge/experience in planning, administration processes, strategy design. Previous experience in planning processes. Knowledge/experience in research, teaching, training and/or facilitation processes. Knowledge/experience applying participatory approaches and tools.
