As a key player in the financial services marketplace of Northern Ontario we are excited to announce that we are currently seeking a Director of Strategic Change and Implementation .The Director of Strategic Change and Implementation is a key leadership role responsible for driving strategic change across the organization during periods of transformation, including mergers, acquisitions, restructures, and the implementation of new systems or processes. This role plays a pivotal part in developing and executing change management strategies, including learning and development tools that support successful adoption. With a focus on minimizing disruption and maximizing employee engagement, the Director ensures that change is implemented smoothly, effectively, and in alignment with organizational strategic goals.The Director of Strategic Change and Implementation ensures clear communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the process, addresses concerns to foster trust, and oversees integration plans that align cultures, systems, and operations. In collaboration with HR, the role identifies skill gaps and delivers targeted training to support employee adaptation. By anticipating risks and tracking performance through KPIs, the Director ensures smooth transitions, sustained change, and a culture that embraces innovation.Preferred candidates will possess the following qualifications :A Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
