Youll operate as part of an empowered product team alongside engineering, design, and data/analytics with an accountability to establish and evolve product strategy. Youll own the domains of product value and product viability and be responsible for evolving product strategy, working through product discovery, and supporting delivery and distribution. This team leverages OKRs to align focus quarterly against FCTs overall business strategies and financial objectives.Leveraging enabling technology is essential to how we continue to think differently about the end-to-end real estate transaction and deliver first to market / first to scale innovative experiences. We are looking for a candidate that has hands-on experience in building enterprise / B2B software with a preference to enterprise software products in the financial services, insurance, or adjacent verticals. The ideal candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate capabilities in this area beyond theory and point to real implementations and product outcomes. We are looking for a product manager who treats AI as a core capability, a thought partner, and an influential part of their day-to-day value add. The result: transformational, secure solutions that raise the bar and amaze our customers, keeping FCT at the forefront of thinking differently and delivering first-to-market innovations in a dynamic and ever changing real estate environment.HERES HOW YOULL CONTRIBUTE:Reporting to the VP, Strategy, Data, and Product Development, the Senior Product Manager will:Own a product track end-to-end (from concept to market value) with rapid prototyping as a key tool to accelerate delivery and cut time to value for customers.Devise strategy, influence and drive product requirements, while overseeing the execution/delivery of high impact initiatives across FCT.Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data/Analytics and Marketing teams to define, build and deploy products through continuous discovery and delivery loops.Become an expert on our customer journey, leveraging internal data and customer feedback, running customer research, and building deep customer empathy to act as the voice of our customer internally.Build a deep understanding and stay at the cutting edge of AI and other enabling technologies, spotting opportunities to influence our roadmap to amaze our customers.Be the internal champion and evangelist for your product. Your ability to understand and anticipate market needs will be key in positioning our products for success and identifying new growth opportunities.HERES WHAT YOULL BRING:Ideal Candidate Requirements:Bachelors or masters degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field5+ years of product management success in B2B or enterprise SaaS, with proven impact you can quantify.Proven experience of building new products (0 to 1) as well as great track record in shipping continuous improvement and step-function innovation (1 to N) to an existing product portfolio.Ability to demonstrate working technical knowledge (i.e. software development methodologies, basic system architectures, APIs, GenAI, and databases) to effectively collaborate with engineering teams and make informed decisions about product feasibility and technical tradeoffs.Can demonstrate a level of AI proficiency through examples of how you leverage AI as a thought partner and superpower in your day to day as a product manager.A keen eye for great digital experiences. You have product sense and great product taste.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences and influence through collaboration.Skilled in leveraging both quantitative and qualitative methodologies to improve decision making by framing and assessing tradeoffs.Driven by results, with high achievement and high agency mindset.
