**Design Expertise: Translating Vision to Reality** As a key member of our product design team, you will play a crucial role in bringing innovative designs to life. Your expertise will ensure that construction, quality, and fit align perfectly with the design vision and uphold brand standards. A typical day in this role involves working closely with designers to conceptualize and develop product lines, providing creative solutions for core and seasonal collections across various categories. Participate in the product design process, including style creation, technical drawing, and maintaining technical files. Create comprehensive technical packages featuring detailed technical sketches, measurement specs, and construction methods. Collaborate with the design team to develop product lines, suggesting innovative construction methods and process efficiencies. Work seamlessly with the Product Development team to deliver tech packs, samples, comments, and approvals on time. Provide expert recommendations on construction techniques for new concepts and edits to existing lines. Stay informed about market trends, emerging materials, and cutting-edge technologies. **Your Background** Degree or Diploma in Fashion Design or a related field. Minimum 2 years'' experience in the industry. Strong foundation in apparel and/or accessories construction. In-depth knowledge of silhouettes, fabrication, colorways, sewing techniques, graphics, and trims. Exceptional technical drawing and tech pack creation skills. Excellent time management and communication skills with cross-functional teams. Team player with a passion for delivering high-quality results. Proficiency in Adobe Design Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop) and Microsoft Office Suite.
