You will be expected to conduct assessments of plant operations, recommend improvements, and implement changes to drive growth and efficiency. **Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments of plant operations, processes, and systems to identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes, reduce costs, and improve quality. Lead and coach the manufacturing team to achieve exceptional results and continuous improvement. Manage production schedules, inventory, and supply chain to ensure smooth operations and high service levels. **Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in managing entire manufacturing plants.
