Considerate. **Duties** * Provide general administrative support to the Principal Investigator (PI) in the context of research activities. * Draft correspondence and briefing materials as required. * Develop, format, and edit reports, manuscripts, and presentations. * Assist research associates with the preparation of grant applications. * Support research associates with proofreading, editing, and formatting of academic papers and reports. * Maintain and update the research group''s website content. * Manage the research groups social media presence to ensure consistent and professional communication. * Update and maintain a current contact list of key stakeholders in the mining industry relevant to the research group. * Screen, direct, and respond to electronic and in-person inquiries. * Draft or generate routine communications based on input from the supervisor. * Disseminate standard communications to students, faculty, and other relevant parties. * Schedule and coordinate meetings, events, and research-related activities. * Create and produce technical, graphic, or slide presentations as requested by the Principal Investigator. **Qualifications** * High School Diploma * Attention to detail * Minimum 2-3 years of administrative experience is required.
