Initial contract is for 3 months.** **Duties & Responsibilities** **DUTIES****AND****RESPONSIBILITIES****:** * Instruction to apprenticeship including Construction Electrician and Industrial Electrician, Electrical Foundation, and/or part-time/industry service students * Preparing and presenting classroom lectures Shop and lab instruction * Instructional counseling and evaluation * Administrative responsibilities, including examination marking, and student evaluation, curriculum development and program enhancement * Administrative processes required to ensure appropriate resources are in place to deliver training * Input into development of modifications to workshop and instructional areas. * Other duties directly related to the instruction of trades and vocational programs; * Working collectively with the Electrical Trades Department Head **The position is not just about teaching electrical concepts.
