Job Title: Office Services Coordinator Job Description This is a key role that requires an organized and detail-oriented individual to provide support to our wealth management practice. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a similar environment, such as a wealth management firm or investment firm. Key Responsibilities: Setting up meeting rooms Taking care of office/kitchen stock Working with mail/couriers Receptionist relief when the full-time person goes to lunch/break General office administrative duties The successful candidate will be responsible for wearing multiple hats and taking care of a variety of tasks, including but not limited to the ones listed above. This role pays in the $55,000-$60,000 salary range and comes with a robust RRSP plan, comprehensive benefits plan, and 3 weeks of vacation.
