Automotive Pre-Owned Sales Consultant Job Description We are seeking a skilled Automotive Pre-Owned Sales Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for greeting customers, offering assistance or direction, and generating positive impressions during the shopping and buying experiences. You will provide customers with complete explanations of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies. Additionally, you will prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery prior to arrival and deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring they understand the vehicle''s operating features, warranty, and paperwork. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive luxury vehicle sales industry. They will possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills, as well as exceptional sales skills and a commitment to sales objectives. Greeting Customers: Greet customers and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or lot. Generating Positive Impressions: Generate positive impressions during the shopping and buying experiences by serving customers in a friendly, professional, and prompt manner. Providing Service Information: Provide customers with complete explanations of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies. Sold Vehicle Preparation: Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery prior to customer arrival. Vehicle Delivery: Deliver vehicle to customers, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle''s operating features, warranty, and paperwork. Required Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Automotive Luxury Vehicle Sales Experience: Preferably 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive luxury vehicle sales industry. Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills. Exceptional Sales Skills: Have exceptional sales skills and a commitment to sales objectives. Valid Driver''s License: A valid driver''s license and clean driver''s abstract is required for this role.
