The candidate should be capable of managing client conversations, configuring telephony, and guiding customers on telephony setup, routing, and number registration.Responsibilities:Lead client conversations regarding Salesforce Service Cloud Voice / Field Service Lightning, configure telephony, and guide customers on telephony setup, routing, and number registration.Define and maintain the high-level technical strategy and architectural vision for these relevant Salesforce platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals.Lead the evaluation and selection of Salesforce technologies, frameworks, and tools to meet project requirements and performance goals.Collaborate with business leaders, IT management, and development teams to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce technical solutions.Oversee the architectural aspects of Salesforce development and infrastructure management, ensuring best practices are followed.Mentor and provide technical leadership to architects, developers, and technical teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.Drive the adoption of modern development practices, including DevOps, continuous integration, and cloud services within the Salesforce ecosystem.Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of Salesforce systems, incorporating risk management and compliance considerations into architectural designs.Lead the resolution of complex technical challenges, providing expert guidance and decision-making support.Stay abreast of emerging Salesforce trends and technologies, advocating for their adoption where beneficial to the organization.Communicate architectural decisions, plans, and designs effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Conduct and lead technical design sessions to architect and document solutions that align with client business objectives.Integrate Salesforce with other systems and third-party applications, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.Oversee the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration components within a Salesforce implementation.Collaborate with offshore teams to design solution architectures, prioritize tasks, and estimate efforts to ensure delivery within agreed timelines.Provide technical support and training to client technical resources to ensure effective use of the Salesforce Core platform.Requirements:10-12 years in Salesforce projects with significant experience in enterprise-level architecture and strategic planning.5-7 years in senior technical roles, demonstrating the ability to lead large-scale Salesforce implementations.Experience in managing technical teams and mentoring architects and developers.Strong strategic thinking and planning skills with the ability to align Salesforce strategies with business objectives.Proven experience as a Senior Salesforce Developer with a focus on the Salesforce Core platform.End-to-end business architecture and supporting technical components for at least 3 Salesforce projects.Deep knowledge of data management, security protocols, and Salesforce platform architecture.Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.Experience with Salesforce Multi-Cloud landscape, including functionalities such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.Experience/expertise defining integration patterns and tools for 3rd party systems, such as REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, web services, and ETL tools (MuleSoft experience is a plus).Proficient in DevOps processes and Salesforce migration strategies.Strong understanding of environment and release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies.Must have: Platform Developer I certification.Nice to have: Platform Developer II, Integration Architect, Data Architect certifications.Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.We are a rapidly growing team of diverse individuals passionate about performance, technology, and customer satisfaction. Generally, the standard base pay range for this role is CA$150,000 to $200,000 annually. This base pay range is specific to certain locations and may not be applicable to other locations.
