Our team thrives on safety, quality, and a deep commitment to collaboration with employees, customers, and partners. **Job Summary** We are seeking a results-driven **Operations Manager Canada** to lead the daily operations of our new Canadian facility. This role is ideal for someone who combines hands-on operational expertise with strategic vision, and who is eager to play a key role in scaling a growing business. The Operations Manager will ensure the successful setup and performance of our warehouse and fabrication space, manage staffing and logistics, and serve as a vital link between Canadian operations and our U.S. headquarters. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage daily operations of the Canadian facility, including inventory, logistics, fabrication, and quality assurance. * Ensure the smooth receipt, inspection, and storage of parts delivered from international suppliers. * Implement fabrication workflows and maintain high safety and efficiency standards. * Regularly report on operational performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. * Serve as the key liaison between the Canadian operations and U.S. headquarters. * Develop and execute strategies to expand Stark Solutions sales and market presence in Canada. * Build relationships with local customers and suppliers to enhance Stark Solutions reputation and market reach. * Gradually hire, train, and lead a skilled team as the facility grows. * Ensure all fabricated products meet the companys quality standards and comply with Canadian regulations. * Implement and monitor safety protocols across the facility. * Support business development and sales expansion in Canada. * Represent Stark Solutions at industry events, trade shows, and customer visits. * Work closely with leadership to align goals and performance metrics. **Qualifications & Skills** * 5+ years in operations, warehouse/facility management, or manufacturing leadership * Experience establishing or scaling operational teams is a strong asset * Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills * Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving ability * Self-motivated with a proactive and collaborative mindset * Ability to travel across Canada and occasionally to the U.S. * Legal authorization to work in Canada **What We Offer** * Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses * Paid travel expenses * Paid time off * A rare opportunity to shape and grow an international operation from the ground up. **Join Us** If youre ready to lead, build, and grow with a team that values integrity, innovation, and long-term relationships**wed love to hear from you.** Job Type: Full-time Additional pay: * Bonus pay Benefits: * Paid time off Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
