We are currently seeking a **Customer Service Representative (CSR)** for our **Showroom/Warehouse located in Burnaby, BC**. The successful candidate will build strong relationships, communicate effectively with internal teams and customers, and deliver outstanding customer service. This role works closely with **HanStone Canadas Territory Managers** and **Warehouse Personnel** to exceed customer expectations. **Role & Responsibilities:** * Process purchase orders and provide regular updates to customers. * Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, pricing, and shipments. * Provide customer support and troubleshooting assistance. * Build and maintain strong customer relationships via phone and email. * Handle customer concerns and questions professionally and empathetically. * Maintain and grow a prospective customer database. * Collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure all customer needs are met. * Manage inventory and coordinate product transfers. * Enhance the overall customer experience through proactive support. * Communicate professionally across all channels. * Perform additional duties as required. **Requirements:** * Willingness to learn our business systems, including SAP, inventory management, and order processing. * Strong customer focus with the ability to quickly build rapport. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Highly organized with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. * Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. * Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. * Resourceful, with a proactive mindset. * Demonstrated professional integrity and strong work ethic. **Qualifications:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Experience with ERP/SAP systems. * Post-secondary education.
