We've built the leading platform for RFP response management and automation, with customers across 30+ countries in just 18 months.Position SummaryWe are looking for our second Account Executive to:Close deals for an industry-leading AI platform that customers loveDrive sales growth in the North American marketHelp us dominate a category where ~$100 Billion USD is transacted through RFPs dailyYour MissionAs the second Account Executive in our North American Market, you will:Drive sales in NA, LATAM & occasional EU regions through the full sales cycleShape the direction and culture of the sales team in the regionContribute to our exponential growth while building advanced sales skillsThis role offers a unique opportunity to become a key player in our sales team and directly influence how we build this business and its products.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with prospects to understand their needs, educate them about AutoRFP.ai, and get them excited about the productProvide online demonstrations to prospects across NA, LATAM & occasional EU regionsWork across segments, from small business to enterprise RFPsQualify leads through conversations with decision-makers such as Heads of Sales at SaaS CompaniesManage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closed dealCollaborate with Co-Founders to refine sales strategiesProvide feedback to the product team based on prospect conversations to help shape the product roadmapGenerate demo bookings using proactive outbound prospecting with a hunter mindsetBecome an expert on our product and the competitive landscapeIn your first week you can expect to:Understand our ICP and begin prospecting activitiesRun your first online demo end-to-endComplete your first cold calls into target accountsIn your first month you can expect to:Confidently run demos independently across segmentsBuild and manage your own pipeline of qualified prospectsEnter your first deals into a proof-of-concept phase for prospectsIn your three months you can expect to:Close your first deals and hit initial quota targetsDevelop expertise across segments, industries & personas of our target prospectsBook your first demos from outbound prospectingIn your three months you can expect to:Consistently hit quota and contribute to team growthMentor newer team members and contribute to sales process improvementsBecome a trusted advisor to prospects throughout the sales cycleYour experience may look like:2+ years of experience in a full-cycle sales role in B2B SaaSFirst-hand experience dealing with Security Questionnaires or RFPsHas carried quotas in previous roles and can point to achieving quotasA customer-focused mindset in all aspects of your workA demonstrated ability to work hard remotely and in-officeGood analytical skills for sales strategy and problem resolutionA passion for technology and eagerness to learn about AIAbility to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environmentWe welcome candidates from all backgrounds with diverse skill sets.
