Support project execution by maintaining timelines, deliverables, and action items across multiple workstreams.Procurement Coordination: Plan and coordinate procurement-related tasks such as financial forecasting, gathering of technical requirements, documentation of procurement strategies, and development of solicitation documents.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and cross-functional teams to facilitate communication, ensure alignment, and support collaborative decision-making.Documentation and Reporting: Prepare status updates, dashboards, and project reports. Support the development and maintenance of project documentation, issue logs, and action trackers.Process Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements to procurement practices and project coordination tools to support more efficient and effective delivery.Training and Resource Development: Assist in the creation of training materials, templates, and communication tools to promote awareness and understanding of procurement modernization efforts.
