Youll collaborate in a dynamic, creative environment with designers, copywriters, and front-end developers to craft compelling visual solutions that connect with users and meet business goals.If youre driven by smart design, collaborative problem-solving, and delivering standout creative, wed love to meet you.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESConceptualize and develop creative ideas in response to project briefsDesign visually engaging experiences across multiple media platformsApply brand systems, typography, photography, color, and composition to deliver fresh, effective visual solutionsEnsure high standards of quality across all deliverables through rigorous quality controlCollaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and writersProvide hands-on design leadership throughout all stages of a projectHelp elevate the overall quality and output of the creative teamContribute to shaping the culture and creative standards of the studioQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE 3+ years of industry experience in a creative or design-focused roleA strong, up-to-date design portfolio (please include a link with your application)Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Acrobat Pro), Mac OS, and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)Solid knowledge of both print and digital production processesExcellent multitasking, time management, and attention to detailStrong communication and presentation skillsExperience working collaboratively in a team environmentSelf-starter with strong organizational skills and accountabilityA passion for design and an eye for cultural and industry trendsAuthorized to work in CanadaCan provide references from Canadian CompaniesBENEFITSExtended health careOn-site parkingCollaborative, creative cultureSCHEDULEMonday to Friday, 9AM - 5PMEducation:Bachelors Degree (preferred)
