Our ideal candidate5+ years of experience in P&C underwriting, with a focus on commercial lines and preferably with an MGA.Strong technical knowledge of P&C insurance products and services, with an ability to apply this knowledge in a creative and innovative manner.Proven record of accomplishment of underwriting profitability and growth targets.Proficiency in data analysis and Excel. Experience in data visualization tools; an asset.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and translate insights into action.Effective time management and organizational skills.Strong attention to detail and precision.The expected salary for this role ranges from $80,000 to $110,000.
