Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Family Law Attorney with at least 3 years of experience to join our growing legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law matters, excellent litigation and negotiation skills, and a client-focused approach.Key Responsibilities:Handle a diverse caseload of family law matters including divorce, child custody, child and spousal support, adoption, and domestic violence.Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences.Prepare and draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery, and agreements.Conduct legal research and stay current on developments in family law.Advise and counsel clients with compassion and professionalism.Manage case files and maintain accurate, detailed case notes.Requirements:Licensed and in good standing with the Quebec Bar.Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing family law.Strong courtroom presence and trial experience is an asset.Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.Client-focused, empathetic, and ethical approach to legal practice.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in high-conflict custody cases or complex asset division.Mediation or collaborative law training is a plus.Bilingual ability is a bonusBenefits:Competitive salaryHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with employer matchingGenerous PTO and paid holidaysProfessional development support
