Experience: 3+ years in packaging engineering, focusing on design, materials selection, and process optimization. Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and packaging testing standards (ISTA, ASTM). Materials: Understanding of packaging materials (corrugated board, plastics, foam). Systems: Experience with ERP, MRP, and planning systems. Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.Skills: Expertise: Knowledge of packaging design principles, material science, and manufacturing processes. Analytical: Ability to solve complex packaging problems and develop efficient solutions. Project Management: Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence. Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams, vendors, and suppliers.Work Conditions: Onsite 5 days per week.
