Remote Sales Representative This role offers the opportunity to work with a leading social media platform, driving awareness and growth through digital advertising. As an Account Executive, you will be focused on net-new advertiser acquisition, proactively reaching out to business owners, educating them on the platform''s value, and helping them launch their first campaigns. Main Responsibilities: - Proactively prospect, pitch, and activate new SMB advertisers - Use consultative selling to educate businesses on how digital advertising can drive awareness, engagement, and growth The Ideal Candidate: - Has at least 2 years of validatable sales experience - Is comfortable with high-volume outreach and consultative selling - Familiarity with digital advertising, paid social, or media sales is a plus What You Get: - Earn base pay ($24 CAD/hr) + commission - Opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home - Minimum 32 hours/week commitment, Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm EST - An opportunity to work with a leading social media platform Performance Metrics: - Activate a minimum of 20 new business advertisers per month - Drive an average of $1,000+ in spend per activated advertiser - Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and CRM hygiene - Contribute to team revenue goals and advertiser graduation readiness
