Remote Sales Representative We are seeking a motivated and energetic sales professional to join our team. If you''re passionate about digital advertising, have strong prospecting skills, and enjoy educating businesses on the value of advertising, we want to hear from you. This role involves net-new advertiser acquisition - reaching out to business owners, pitching the value of advertising, and helping them launch their first campaigns. You will be focused on proactive prospecting, pitching, and activating new advertisers. Key Responsibilities: Use consultative selling to educate businesses on how we can drive awareness, engagement, and growth through digital advertising. Familiarity with digital advertising, paid social, or media sales is a plus. What You Can Expect: Earn base pay ($24 CAD/hr) + commission. Certification for Jumpcrew X (Twitter) is provided at no cost. This gig is worked from the comfort of your own home. This is a 32 hours a week minimum gig from Monday to Friday 9am-6pm EST. Additional hours are welcome. An opportunity to work with a leading Social Media Platform. Performance Metrics: Activate a minimum of 20 new business advertisers per month. Drive an average of $1,000+ in spend per activated advertiser. Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and CRM hygiene. Contribute to team revenue goals and advertiser graduation readiness. Mandatory Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of validatable sales experience. No active contract with another gig while working for us. A willingness to undergo a comprehensive background check.
